1. Pooja Booking Cancellation

Once a pooja is booked through our website, it cannot be canceled. We request devotees to ensure accuracy while selecting pooja details and timings. No refund will be provided for cancellations initiated by the user.

2. Donations

All donations made to Shree Kshetra Bangaramakki are voluntary and non-refundable. Please verify the amount and details before confirming the transaction.

3. Failed Transactions

If a transaction fails due to a technical issue or is debited but not reflected, please contact us at religioustrustbangarmakki@gmail.com with transaction details. If eligible, refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days.

4. Mode of Refund

Refunds, if approved, will be returned through the original mode of payment used at the time of transaction.
